Mr. McEneaney joined Phoenix Houses of New England in 1999 when Phoenix House acquired Marathon. Previously he headed his own consulting firm, HR Diagnostics, and served as vice president and director of human resources for the Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens for more than 20 years. Mr. McEneaney holds a bachelor's degree from Queens College and an executive M.B.A. from Baruch College in New York. Send an email

Jack Feinberg
Vice President and Clinical Director, PHFL

Jack Feinberg joined Phoenix House in 2002. He is responsible for the oversight of all Phoenix House programs in Florida.

Mr. Feinberg holds a master's degree in community psychology and counseling from Springfield College. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP). He and his wife Carol live in St. Petersburg, Florida. Send an email
