Phoenix House is pleased to accept donations of publicly-traded securities. Electronic delivery of stock shares is the most efficient and secure method, but we will accept transfer certificates as well.
Notification of Donor Intent
In order to accept a stock donation, we must have the following information for audit and acknowledgement purposes: the donor’s name and complete address and the name and number of shares of the stock being transferred.
This information can be provided at the time of transfer by gift form, letter, or email to:
